Create a card and look insideDoes my customer need to install an app?
No walletu app is required. On iPhone the card stays in Apple Wallet; on Android it stays in Google Wallet. Customers join through your link or QR code and save the card to the wallet already on their phone.
Do I need to buy a card reader or other hardware?
No. Use your phone camera to scan the customer's card QR code and add a stamp. You can also add stamps from the customer list in your dashboard.
How does a customer earn and redeem a reward?
At each visit or purchase, you scan the QR code and add a stamp. When the goal is reached, the reward is marked as available. After redemption, you start a new cycle.
Can I use my own brand identity?
Yes. Choose colors, typography, page style, and the reward. Paid plans also support your own colors, logo, icon, and business images.
Is the free plan really free?
